Beware though, not all find the Jester's antics amusing as mockery and cynicism is only funny until it happens to you. The melodious riffs of his lute will make any party member's mind quiet as he encourages them to strike quickly and precisely like a tiger. Regardless of his position in your party, he is able to dance elegantly around those pesky party shufflers and set up opportunities to single out an enemy and bring about its utter, almost laughable demise.Īs an entertainer, he can make a stressful night of camping turn into a night of merriment and wit. His merry tunes are best in the back row however if he gets shuffled to the front his blades can do serious damage. With his lute he can provide in-battle comfort for his companions, playing songs that inspire greatness or relieve tension. With his oddly shaped blade he can slice the 2nd and 3rd positions of the opposition to ribbons, causing them to bleed out. Armed with a sickle and lute, this maniacal minstrel is a versatile class that has several tricks up his sleeves. The Jester brings all of these in spades. That makes fatty angry. In the darkest depths of these twisted lands few things are as welcomed as a good laugh, a merry song, and razor sharp blade.

Then you get to clear the stun and prevent the massive damage of Obliterate Body.Īnd don't hit Wilbur, obviously. For the most part though, I think it's a huge help particularly if Wilbur stuns the hero he has marked. The downside is that you don't know who Wild Flailing is going to hit, so if you have anybody low they may get nailed if he's going to Obliterate a Leper or something and you have other people under half hp, maybe don't clear it. If he only marks one hero and you clear it, the fatty won't use Obliterate Body at all instead he'll use Wild Flailing, which has significantly less accuracy and does half as much damage.

If Wilbur marks two heroes and you use Flare on one, only the remaining marked hero will have to eat an Obliterate Body, so you're looking at half as much damage. The swine boss's little buddy, Wilbur, marks your heroes at the start of each round, and at the end of that round, the big fatty uses Obliterate Body on whoever is marked for huge damage.įortunately, the Arbalest has an ability called Flare, which removes marks (and stuns, incidentally). Apologies if someone has already posted this strat, but I have not seen it elsewhere and it wasn't in the wiki until I put it in, so I figured I'd throw it up here.
